Customers & buying criteria
SRS Company Stock is our own inventory profile. The customer list below is for buyers whose company-stock specs we source against — shared across the team when signed in.
Add new
Create a client profile (e.g. Rosy Blue), then add buying criteria — one per shape, size range, or spec combination they need for their stock.
Backup & restore
Export client profiles to share or back up. Import merges client data — SRS Company Stock always comes from the central profile.
Manage & revise
When a client changes requirements, open Update on their profile or criterion. Set a criterion inactive to retire an old spec without deleting it.
Screening scope
Defaults to SRS Company Stock. Pick a client profile to screen stones for their company stock, a specific criterion to narrow further, or All profiles to see every match.
